Please read these terms of service (“terms”, “terms of service”) carefully before using www.econominds.co.uk website (the “service”) operated by ICM Econominds ltd (“us”, ‘we”, “our”), who will be known as Econominds here on out.

 

Conditions of Use

We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

 

Accuracy and Purpose of Educational Content

The course purchased including any content is not intended to be a substitute for professional lecturers and educators. The content is created by private educators, and should not be considered to be professionally sanctioned material. Rather it should be used as an aid to study. Reliance on any information appearing on the econominds.co.uk site including in any of the course is strictly at your own risk and should always be checked with the information provided by exam board specifications and requirements by schools to deem its accurateness and validity.

Econominds is not liable or responsible in any way, if you incorrectly answer a question in an assignment, exam or any form of formal testing administered by a school or exam board by using a method or procedure taught on this site which does not correspond to the method or procedure taught at school. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the methods and procedures for answering questions taught on the site correspond to that which is taught at the school you attend.

The content of the Econominds website is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only. Such content is not intended to, and do not, constitute legal, professional, medical, psychological, therapeutic or healthcare advice or diagnosis or counselling, and may not be used for such purposes

 

A or A* Guarantee of Grades 

This only applies to Full Access to the Econominds package from 21^st January when the free trial ended.

Econominds LTD guarantees an A or A* in a formal academic testing if these conditions are met or their money back:
• The student enrolled into the course chosen completes at least 95% of the material.
• The student enrolled into the course chosen achieves at least 90% in all questions in the course

• The student has attended at least 75% of the live masterclasses and has watched at least 90% of the live masterclass recordings from the time of enrolment to the Full access course
  • Student can demonstrate they have watched each video in a timely and appropriate manner. For example, has the student completed the course in a timely manner or has skipped content to ensure the ‘progress’ indicator increases
  • Students must also be at an A or A* grade by May 1st on year of exams. This will be determined on average as part of their Mocks

Econominds ltd’s purpose is to provide enhancements in understanding of the subject. Even though our educators have great results, we want to extend this expertise onto students enrolled in the course. The money back guarantee only applies to the subscription services paid for.

 

3 Day Money Back Guarantee, Cancellations, Refunds.

If for any reason a customer would like a refund back within 3 days of the date and  time of purchase, Econominds LTD will be obligated to do so unless the customer has  completed or viewed contents of the course which accumulates to more than 5% in that time frame or if they have made any downloads. If said view rate or completion rate is less than 5% and/or they have not made any downloads then the customer will receive a full refund. 

Outside of this 3 day money back guarantee Econominds Ltd does not offer any cancellations or refunds. 

 

Free Trial

We offer a 3-day free trial period (“Free Trial Period”) to new users of the Service. During the Free Trial Period, users will have full access to all features and functionalities of the Service.

 

To begin the Free Trial Period, no credit card information or other payment details will be required from you.

 

The Free Trial Period will automatically expire after 3 days from the date of activation. You will not be charged during the Free Trial Period and you will be automatically unenrolled from the Service upon expiration of the Free Trial Period.

 

USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Econominds LTD retains all copyrights to its materials.

 

These courses and resources are strictly for the individual students preparing for their examinations. If you represent an educational institution, tutor, organization, or charity, please inform Econominds LTD during enrollment to avoid any violation of copyright laws.

 

You are granted a license to access and utilize the materials solely for personal, non-commercial, temporary viewing purposes. This license does not imply a title transfer; under this agreement, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Modifying or duplicating the materials;
• Employing the materials for any commercial use or any public exhibition (regardless of commercial or non-commercial nature);
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any content hosted on Econominds LTD’s website;
• Removing any copyright or proprietary markings from the materials;
• Transferring the materials to another party or ‘mirroring’ the materials on any other server.
• Should you violate any of these terms, this license can automatically terminate, and Econominds LTD reserves the right to end this license at any point. Upon termination of your viewing access or this license, you are obligated to erase any downloaded materials in your possession, regardless of the format.

Sharing of login credentials and accounts with other students is strictly forbidden. The site employs IP address tracking and notifies us of any unusual sign-in activities.

 

One Time Payment

With a one-time payment, you will secure your access to our Service until the date of your final exam. This payment option allows you to pay for the entire course upfront, eliminating the need for tracking multiple instalment payments.

 

Upon making a one-time payment, you will be granted full access to the course and all related materials immediately. Your access will remain active and uninterrupted up until the date of your final exam. This provides the convenience of unrestricted learning without the worry of upcoming payments.

 

Please note that the one-time payment is non-refundable and does not change based on your usage or completion status of the course. Ensure to make your payment securely and promptly to commence your learning journey as soon as possible. With a one-time payment, you can focus entirely on your studies and preparation for the final exam, without the distraction of due payments.

Payment in instalments

As part of our Service, we offer the option to pay in instalments. Upon enrolment, the first instalment becomes due immediately. Subsequent payments will be due on predetermined dates that will be communicated to you in advance. It is crucial to adhere to these due dates, as any delay in payment will directly affect your continued access to our Service.

 

In the event of a missed payment, your access to the course and related materials will be immediately revoked. Your access will only be restored upon receipt of the outstanding payment. We strongly recommend ensuring that payments are made in a timely manner to avoid disruption in your access to our Service.

 

Please ensure that you have adequate funds available to meet each instalment payment on its due date. Any charges related to late or returned payments will be your responsibility. Note that your obligation to make each instalment payment will persist irrespective of your use of the Service. Prompt and regular payment of instalments is critical for uninterrupted use of our Service.

 

Termination of Attendance

The Tutor leading the course has the right to terminate a student’s enrolment during a class if inappropriate or intolerant behaviour is evident. Furthermore, Econominds ltd has the right to terminate or suspend with immediate effect without notice your access to and use of this website and your participation if we:

• Do not receive payment; or

• Believe you have shared your account with another student, person or entity; or
• Reasonably believe that you have breached any of these Terms of Service; or
• Are unable to verify the accuracy or validity of any information provided by you;
• Suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity by you.

License and Site Access

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it.
